Lead full-cycle sales efforts from outreach through close, helping to establish scalable, long-term processes
Develop and nurture strong relationships with stakeholders, understanding their unique business goals
Conduct discovery calls and tailored product demos to define technical and financial success criteria
Own pipeline management, leveraging established sales methodologies to qualify and advance opportunities
Collaborate closely with Account Managers and Customer Success teams to ensure seamless client transitions and ongoing satisfaction
Negotiate contract terms and foster post-sale relationships to drive customer retention and expansion
Plan and execute strategic account management initiatives to uncover new growth opportunities
3–5 years of experience in a sales role, ideally within financial services (e.g., insurance, loans, trading desk sales)
Demonstrated success in SaaS or software sales with experience managing complex deals
Proficient with CRM tools such as Hubspot, especially in pipeline and data management
Strong financial acumen and comfort working with high-net-worth individuals and C-level stakeholders
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to listen deeply and present persuasively
Proven ability to make sound decisions, strategize effectively, and consistently meet or exceed targets
